Coast Paper, Roll-O-Vert and Spicers in Canada consolidate into one proud company, Spicers Canada

2006

Cascades Resources was acquired by PaperlinX, an Australian based company and the name was changed to Spicers

2002

Coast Paper acquired Montreal-based L.P. Turgeon Inc. Graphic Resources changed their name to Cascades Resources across Canada

2001

Coast Paper was acquired by PaperlinX, an Australian based company

1996-1997

Graphic Papers acquired Barkwell Paper Company Ltd. in Winnipeg. Changed the name Graphic Paper to Graphic Resources and expanded to open locations in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Dartmouth

1992

Select Papers was combined with Graphic Papers in Toronto and operated in Toronto, Kitchener and Belleville as Graphic Papers

1989

Select Paper acquired Ontario Convertor Services Ltd and changed the name to Roll-O-Vert

1985-1986

Wilson Munroe changed their name in Toronto to Select Paper and opened locations in Belleville and Kitchener

1980

Wilson Munroe merged with Kruger in Montreal to form Les Papiers Graphiques

1970

Wilson-Munroe Company was acquired by Rolland Paper Company

1941-1997

Coast Paper was founded by Gilbert Garnett in Vancouver, BC and then expanded eastward opening locations in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg and Toronto

1904

The Wilson-Munroe Company Limited was formed in Toronto by Edwin S. Munroe and Thomas G. Wilson.
